2. SHIPPING PARTNERS
We work with reputed courier and logistics providers to deliver your orders.
House Affairs reserves the right to select or change the shipping partner for any order based on serviceability, operational requirements, or logistics efficiency. Any mention of specific courier partners is indicative and not binding.
3. ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY

Estimated delivery timelines are mentioned on individual product
pages and are indicative in nature
· Orders are typically delivered between Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 7 PM, excluding public holidays
Delivery timelines may vary due to location, courier performance, weather conditions, strikes, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances. House Affairs shall not be liable for such delays.
4. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & LIABILITY
Orders
shall be considered successfully delivered once marked as delivered by our logistics
partner and/or supported by proof of delivery (OTP, signature, or delivery
confirmation/photo).
· Any issues related to delivery must be reported within 24 hours of delivery status update
5. ADDRESS ACCURACY & CHANGES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete
shipping details

House Affairs is not responsible for delivery failures due to
incorrect or incomplete address

Address changes:

dispatch

6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & FAILED DELIVERY

Refusal to accept delivery
The order may be returned to origin
In such cases, applicable forward
and return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

· Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and ensuring availability for delivery
8. CANCELLATION POLICY
