Candidate Profile:

  • Should have good knowledge of merchandising, planning, seasonal planning, Inventory control, budgeting, and analysis a product mix.
  • Excellent in handling merchandising activities in major category of Ethnic Wears, Home Decor & Home Furnishing.
  • Establishing relationship with buyers and dealing with manufacturer for profitable product merchandising.
  • Years of experience in the development of global sourcing strategies, vendor identification, product & vendor development, team management & analytical Skills.
  • Should to be well spoken, well presented, must be organized. Should have good communication skills, both oral and written.

Education:

  • UG: B.Des/ Textile Design Graduates
  • PG: M.Des / Not Compulsory

Job Description:

  • To Research, follow, track, forecast, analyse and update with emerging fashion trends.
  • Creating range of designs according to the latest trends for the product line closely associated with the seasonal trends and market demand.
  • Introduce new designs, patterns, techniques, textures, constructions, base fabrics etc., according to requirements.
  • To direct and coordinate the entire production process from drawing, cutting, sample development to finished product. 
  • Examining and modification of the designs for the desired effective output.
  • Sketching detailed drawings of product and accessories along with proper workouts on colour schemes, construction, material types, and accessory requirements.
  • Create Tech packs with all detailed information.
  • Responsible for Buying, Merchandising & costing.
  • Coordination & communication with buyers and suppliers assuring excellent execution of the entire production process.
  • Visiting exhibitions and trade shows to keep update on the latest fashion trends and conduct sample surveys and periodical market researches to gather consumer preferences.  
  • Understand the product performance in the market and ensure proper modifications alterations as required to it.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience of 2 - 5 years in Home Furnishing range
  • The person should be creative and imaginative & must have a relevant degree from premier fashion designing institutes of India.
  • Should have sound knowledge on fabrics, prints & all other related techniques of designing, printing, embroidery, weaving etc.
  • Should be proficient in designing software like Photoshop, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator etc.
  • Should be able to work on multiple design projects simultaneously whenever required.
  • Experience working in the domestic market is must.

  • UG: B.Des/ Textile Design Graduates
  • PG: M.Des / Not Compulsory

  • New Business Development in domestic as well as overseas market & to identify every possible opportunity to sell the products.
  • Identify, communicate and coordinate with overseas buyers, build business relationships and materialising the sales opportunities.
  • To provide regular updates to the buyers on new product developments.

  • Should be well versed with export documentation.
  • Should be proficient working on computers online.

Job Description:

  • To regulate, supervise and implement a timely, full and accurate set of accounting books of the Company reflecting all its activities in accordance with accounting standards and Co. policies and procedures.
  • Management of Accounts Receivables & Payables along with payroll and other transactions.
  • Responsible for the monthly financial closing of the Company. Including - analysis, reporting and communication of the financial results.
  • To implement continuous financial audit and control systems to monitor the performance of the company, its flow of funds, the adherence to the budget, the expenditures, the income, and other budgetary items.
  • To prepare and present for the approval of the Management an Annual Budget.
  • Analyse actual results against the budget & report variance analysis explaining the variances.
  • To provide the Product Costing for all the projects completed by the Company, provide Contribution analysis for all the projects.
  • Interact with Project team & communicate the results on the Project cost analysis to the Project team. Participate & contribute in process improvement & cost reduction initiatives.
  • To prepare Cash flow forecasts for the short term & long term financial plans.
  • To maintain a working relationship and to develop additional relationships with banks, financial institutions with the aim of securing the funds necessary for working Capital requirements & other long term plans of the Company.
  • To compile & participate in preparation of business plans, feasibility studies, investment memoranda and all other financial and business documents as may be required from time to time by Management.
  • Good working knowledge of tax primarily Income Tax including TDS compliance & GST.
  • Preparation and review of financial statements and reporting as per the requirements of Companies Act & Accounting standards.
  • Responsible for safeguarding the assets of the business through internal control, internal auditing, and timely financial analysis and reporting.
  • Lead the team to deliver high quality output every day. Ability to build strong working relationships across this leadership group to enable interactive, proactive actions in all areas affecting the operating results.
