3. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
- Once payment is successful, you will
receive:
- Order confirmation email
- Payment confirmation
- If payment is debited but order is not
confirmed:
- It will be automatically refunded within 5–7 working days
4. FAILED TRANSACTIONS
- In case of payment failure:
- Amount may be temporarily blocked by
your bank
- It is usually reversed within 5–7 working days
House Affairs is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
5. FRAUD PREVENTION
- We reserve the right to:
- Cancel suspicious transactions
- Request additional verification
Orders flagged as high-risk may be cancelled without prior notice.
6. PRICING & TAXES
- All prices are listed in INR (₹) unless stated
otherwise
- Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned
7. CASH ON DELIVERY (IF APPLICABLE)
- COD may be available on selected orders
- We reserve the right to:
- Disable COD for certain locations or
users
- Charge a nominal COD fee
8. DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
- Customers are requested to contact us
before initiating chargebacks
- Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to account suspension
